Ingrédients
For 6 boreks:
200g Swiss chard
1 garlic clove
4 sprigs of fresh mint
1 egg
100g feta cheese
3 sheets of phyllo pastry
Olive oil
French Mountain Honey
LA RECETTE
1. Finely slice the Swiss chard.
2. Saute for 10 to 15 minutes in a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil and the crushed garlic clove.
3. Chop the mint leaves. In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, crumbled feta, and mint.
4. Add the cooked Swiss chard and mix well.
5. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
6. Cut the phyllo sheets in half lengthwise. Using a pastry brush, coat half of each rectangle with olive oil. Fold the phyllo sheet over itself so the oil is inside.
7. Place the rectangle in front of you with the shorter side facing you. Place a portion of filling on one end, about 1cm from the edge.
8. Fold in the sides and roll up the borek.
9. Place the boreks on a baking sheet and brush the top with olive oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 15 minutes.
10. Drizzle with French Mountain Honey before serving.
