Ingrédients
- 250g fresh goat cheese
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 to 2 eggs
- 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Frying oil
- Honey
LA RECETTE
1. Cut the goat cheese into 16 equal portions.
2. Roll each portion between your hands to form a ball.
3. Set out 3 shallow bowls. In the first, mix the flour and garlic powder. In the second, beat the egg (you will need 2 eggs if you want to double-coat). In the third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.
4. Coat each ball in the flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture. For extra crispy croquettes, double-coat them by dipping each ball once more into the egg and then the breadcrumbs.
5. Fry the croquettes for 3 to 5 minutes in hot frying oil.
6. Serve immediately with a drizzle of honey.
