Our Provence Honey benefits from the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI / IGP) certification. This label guarantees that the honey is harvested exclusively in specific areas of Provence. The Mediterranean climate and limestone soils foster an abundant, diverse flora that imparts unique, authentic flavors to this honey. Carefully harvested throughout the summer, it is distinguished by its characteristic aromatics and luminous hue.

Lavender, rosemary, savory, and rockrose are at the heart of our PGI Provence Honey’s aromatic profile. Bees forage the nectar of these blossoms at the peak of their bloom, contributing to the richness and balance of this honey. With its velvety texture, PGI Provence Honey is delicious enjoyed by the spoonful, stirred into teas or herbal infusions, or added to Mediterranean recipes to elevate their flavors.

Like all our honeys, it has been harvested with care by our Cooperative’s beekeepers and underwent strict production and packaging processes, with certified 100% hive-to-jar traceability. PGI Provence Honey is certified Agri-Éthique French Fair Trade, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of honey while supporting producers and the French beekeeping sector.
