Harvested from the rich floral diversity of the Midi-Pyrénées region, our regional honey is gathered by bees during the bloom of chestnut trees, sunflowers, brambles, white clover, and red clover. Its golden, slightly amber hue reflects the botanical wealth of this sun-drenched region. Highly appreciated for its gentle sweetness, floral notes with a fruity touch, and subtle hints of wild herbs, its rich variety of blossoms offers a unique taste experience with delicate, soft nuances.

Midi-Pyrénées Honey owes its distinctive character to local floral species found throughout the region’s rolling hills and valleys, such as chestnut and sunflower blooms. Combining a Mediterranean influence with diverse landscapes of forests and fields, the Midi-Pyrénées region provides bees with an abundance of nectars. Mainly harvested in spring and summer, each environment subtly shapes the honey’s delicate aroma and flavor profile.

With its smooth, creamy texture, this honey adds a touch of sweetness to pastry recipes as well as light summer appetizers.

Like all our honeys, it has been harvested with care by our Cooperative’s beekeepers and underwent strict production and packaging processes, with certified 100% hive-to-jar traceability. Midi-Pyrénées Honey is certified Agri-Éthique French Fair Trade, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of honey while supporting producers and the French beekeeping sector.
