Île-de-France Flower Honey

Our Île-de-France Flower Honey is a unique honey gathered from the rich flora of the region throughout the blooming season. It reveals subtle notes of bramble, chestnut blossom, and white clover. Its warm amber hue reflects the vast floral diversity of the Île-de-France countryside. Cherished for its gentle taste and fruity floral aromas, it offers a refined and harmonious tasting experience.

🌿 Did you know?
Île-de-France Flower Honey draws its distinctive character from local flora across expansive natural reserves, parks, and forests. From urban green spaces to vast wooded expanses like the Fontainebleau forest, bees forage a wide array of blossoms. Managing hives in these varied environments requires meticulous care while contributing directly to local biodiversity.

Generally harvested during spring and summer, this honey stands out with its subtle nuances and varied floral bouquet. With its naturally liquid texture, it is ideal to drizzle over pancakes, or to elevate homemade dressings and marinades with a delicate sweet note.

Like all our honeys, it has been harvested with care by our Cooperative’s beekeepers and underwent strict production and packaging processes, with certified 100% hive-to-jar traceability. Île-de-France Flower Honey is certified Agri-Éthique French Fair Trade, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of honey while supporting producers and the French beekeeping sector.
