Our French Acacia Honey is an exceptional honey sourced from acacia flowers foraged by bees during the spring season. It is recognizable by its clear golden color reminiscent of its small white and yellow blossoms. Highly prized by both young and old, French Acacia Honey pleases every palate thanks to its sweet, subtle flavor and delicate vanilla note. This exceptional liquid honey reflects all the richness of French honeys and the biodiversity of our regions. Did you know that acacia honey is one of the most sought-after honeys, yet one of the most challenging to harvest? Indeed, acacia blooms from April to early May. During this brief period, optimal weather conditions are essential to achieve a rich harvest. Acacia requires minimal rain to prevent blossoms from damaging and to allow bees to collect nectar and pollen, as well as temperatures not exceeding 20°C. Its harvest is therefore often uncertain from year to year.

With its smooth liquid texture, French Acacia Honey is ideal when drizzled with a honey spoon over a crepe. It also pairs perfectly with yogurts and enhances delicious honey-based recipes.
