Linden trees bloom for a short period in early summer (June to July). Beyond its delightful taste, linden honey is naturally rich in essential minerals and trace elements (potassium, calcium, manganese) that help support everyday vitality. Thriving in well-drained soils across France, these trees yield an exceptionally high-quality nectar.
With its smooth, fluid texture and naturally soothing properties, French Linden Honey is particularly prized for sweetening evening herbal teas and warm infusions, as well as enhancing white meats and fish recipes.
Like all our honeys, it has been harvested with care by our Cooperative’s beekeepers and underwent strict production and packaging processes, with certified 100% hive-to-jar traceability. French Linden Honey is certified Agri-Éthique French Fair Trade, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of honey while supporting producers and the French beekeeping sector.
