Our Alsace Honey carries the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI / IGP) certification. This guarantees that it is harvested exclusively in specific areas of Alsace. The region’s semi-continental climate and fertile soils foster a generous bloom of nectar-bearing flora. Harvested with care in late spring, PGI Alsace Honey stands out for its distinctive bouquet and golden hue.

Blackberry blossoms, fruit trees, white clover, and acacia form the aromatic heart of our PGI Alsace Flower Honey.
