🌿 Did you know?
This honey comes exclusively from the blossoms of the rhododendron, an emblematic shrub of high Pyrenean altitudes. Blooming during short mountain summers, these flowers offer a nectar of unparalleled finesse. Harvested with the utmost care by passionate beekeepers, Hautes-Pyrénées Rhododendron Honey reflects the richness and authenticity of this pristine natural environment.

Rhododendron honey is particularly prized for its gentle lightness. Its delicate, subtly fruity and floral taste is distinguished by fresh, balanced nuances that will delight lovers of nuanced honeys. Its fluid golden texture makes it an ideal choice to sweeten tea, drizzle over toast, or enhance the flavors of your favorite desserts and gourmet recipes.

Like all our honeys, it has been harvested with care by our Cooperative’s beekeepers and underwent strict production and jarring processes, with certified 100% hive-to-jar traceability. French Rhododendron Honey is certified Agri-Éthique French Fair Trade, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of honey while supporting producers and the French beekeeping sector.
