Influenced by a Mediterranean climate, local woodlands boast key species such as holm oaks, chestnut trees, and maritime pines. Harvested mainly in late summer, this honey captures subtle, woody, and complex aromas, while requiring careful harvesting practices to preserve delicate forest ecosystems.
