Our Provence Lavender Honey PGI is a monofloral honey harvested from lavender blossoms across our beautiful, sun-drenched Provence region. Adored for its delicate sweetness and powerful fruity notes, it is easily recognized by its pale, golden-light hue and distinctive scent. It is a true staple for honey lovers, charming the palate with its iconic Mediterranean character. 🌿 Did you know? Our Lavender Honey holds a certified Protected Geographical Indication (PGI / IGP)! It is produced exclusively in specific regions of Provence, where the Mediterranean climate and limestone soils foster abundant lavender blooms. Local beekeepers harvest this honey at the end of summer when fields reach full bloom. Lavender blooms mainly from mid-June to late July, providing bees with an abundant source of nectar during the warmest summer months. With its smooth, creamy texture, Provence Lavender Honey PGI can be enjoyed in countlessly versatile ways. It subtly enhances baked goods and desserts, or adds a fruity, refreshing touch to hot and cold beverages. Like all our honeys, it has been harvested with care by our Cooperative’s beekeepers and underwent strict production and packaging processes, with certified 100% hive-to-jar traceability.
