🌿 Did you know?
French Maple Honey is highly sought after for its rarity and distinctive profile. Harvested mainly in French regions where maple trees thrive—such as the Ardennes—this honey draws its originality from the transformation of maple nectar by bees. Maples flourish in rich, well-drained soils, fostering abundant spring blossoms that offer a nutrient-rich nectar source.

With its naturally liquid texture, French Maple Honey is wonderful delicately drizzled over pancakes or used as a gourmet secret ingredient to elevate savory dishes and vegetable bakes (cauliflower, leeks, broccoli, and more).

Like all our honeys, it has been harvested with care by our Cooperative’s beekeepers and underwent strict production and packaging processes, with certified 100% hive-to-jar traceability. French Maple Honey is certified Agri-Éthique French Fair Trade, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of honey while supporting producers and the French beekeeping sector.
